Heather joined The Jim Dolanch Team in May 2017! She's worked in customer service/client care since 2005 and is excited to transfer her extensive work experience to The Jim Dolanch Team. She makes every effort to go above and beyond to make sure the client is happy. She believes in The Jim Dolanch Team's motto of "treating you like family" and tries to treat every client like a family member or friend. Her degree is in Air Traffic Control and she has her pilots license. She started working in the real estate industry in 2015. She's originally from Cleveland, Ohio but don't worry she loves the Steelers! In her free time, she enjoys working out and traveling. She is currently in Cecil Township with her husband and yellow lab.
